Do you know someone who finds it hard to take a break?
Think about this, there was a mighty storm and in the midst of it, Jesus took a nap (Matthew 8:23–27). The ability to rest in the midst of any circumstance shows that you trust God.
Do you trust Him enough to rest up? Your father is in control, be like Jesus and take a nap.
